Job summary

Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join our nationwide service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems for commercial clients, utilizing mobile tech tools and a company vehicle for daily travel.

We value reliable problem-solving, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics. Expect on-call duties, ongoing training, and a robust benefits package with sign-on and seasonal bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as HVAC/R technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license.
• Journeyman's license may be required in some states.
• May require state-specific licenses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service including after-hours rotations.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch for scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share with customers.
