Job summary

Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, serving as the trusted expert customers rely on.

You will diagnose and fix HVAC/R systems, document all service details with iPads, and maintain tools, vehicle, and parts. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and strong diagnostics are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
EPA certification required; valid driver’s license.
Journeyman license may be required in some states; state-specific licenses may apply.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
Perform maintenance and emergency service; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch for smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Identify and communicate additional service opportunities to customers.
