Job summary

Oncue Marketing is seeking an HVAC/R technician to address heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs in the OKC Metro. The role focuses on RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and related systems, with additional maintenance, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot promptly, communicate with store personnel and supervisors, and participate in an on-call rotation about one week per month. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required or must be obtainable.
• EPA Universal is required.
• Excellent driving record.
• Maintain active required licenses (e.g., Driver’s License).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment including RTUs, walk-in coolers & freezers.
• Troubleshoot electrical components and read wiring diagrams.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and a company vehicle.
• Monitor temperature alarms via email/SMS text.
• Participate in on-call rotation after normal business hours and weekends.
• Adhere to the posted work schedule and safety codes.
