Job summary

Triad Service Co in Tulsa, OK is seeking a commercial service technician to diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions for commercial HVAC and light refrigeration. This is a service/diagnostics role (not installation) and you will work in the Tulsa area with a company vehicle on a rotating on-call schedule.

Key responsibilities include servicing RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and restaurant-style refrigeration; communicating findings clearly to customers and the office; completing

Qualifications

4–5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience (diagnostics/repair).
Journeyman license required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
Must live within ~30 minutes of Tulsa (on-call).

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and light commercial refrigeration systems.
Service RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and restaurant-style refrigeration equipment.
Communicate findings and options clearly with customers and the office.
Complete service documentation and maintain high-quality work.
Participate in rotating on-call (~1 night/week + ~1 weekend/month).
