Job summary

Robust Repairs is seeking a senior HVAC technician to handle inspections, emergency repairs, and seasonal changeovers for mission-critical sites. You will diagnose RTU, split systems, and refrigeration issues, and document fixes for FM teams.

The role requires a Oklahoma mechanical journeyman license or equivalent, universal EPA certification with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, and the ability to read ladder diagrams and use digital gauges.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma mechanical journeyman license or equivalent is required.
• Universal EPA certification with 5+ years commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience reading ladder diagrams and using digital gauges.
• Clean driving record and rotating on-call schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose RTU, split system, and refrigeration issues with minimal downtime.
• Perform seasonal PM visits, filter changes, belt replacements, and coil cleanings.
• Coach junior techs on brazing, evacuation, and commissioning best practices.
• Update service logs, parts usage, and repair recommendations inside the CMMS.
