Walmart in Saint Johns, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC/R technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and system updates across facilities. You will prepare forms, submit paperwork to leadership, and support capital projects while coordinating with management and partners.

You will inspect equipment, diagnose issues, replace components, install controls, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required and must be maintained.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Option 1: 1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling or related area.
• Option 2: 2 years Walmart store experience.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Commercial driving record with no DUIs/DWIs in last 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Performs major and minor HVAC/R maintenance and repairs following policies.
• Completes forms, expense vouchers, reports and submits to leadership.
• Develops scopes of work for HVAC/R and energy management system updates.
• Identifies priorities, deadlines and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems and schedules major repairs.
