Job summary

Walmart is recruiting a Developmental Technician, Facility Services HVAC/R in Warner Robins, GA. The role supports maintenance and repair of HVAC/R systems across facilities, handles documentation, assists with capital expenditure planning, and performs preventive maintenance under supervision.

You will collaborate with management and partners to prioritize work, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and uphold equipment reliability across locations.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a MVR.
• Option 1: 1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• Option 2: 2 years Walmart store experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit documentation such as expense vouchers, logs, and work orders.
• Assist in gathering capital expenditure lists and scopes of work for HVAC/R and energy systems updates.
• Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment under supervision.
• Collaborate with management and partners to identify priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA safety compliance in all tasks.
• Manage company vehicles maintenance scheduling and inspections.
• Communicate progress and adapt to feedback.
