Job summary

Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider, is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, serving as the trusted expert customers rely on.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a company vehicle, home dispatch, travel pay, tool allowance, and opportunities for paid training and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA certification and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R field experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers
