Job summary

Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to service commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance with a focus on reliability and quality.

In this role you will document work on iPads, manage tools and inventory, and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth service delivery. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HVAC/R field technician; journeyman license may be required in some states.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems for commercial clients.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours rotations.
• Document service details using iPads and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
• Identify and present additional service opportunities to customers.
