Job summary

ResQ is seeking a General Manager, Field Service Operations to lead our HVAC/R technician program across markets. You will own recruiting, standards, dispatch, and customer experience, driving financial performance and service quality.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep HVAC/R expertise, a track record of building high-performing field teams, and the ability to scale operations while maintaining safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC/R experience with field operations.
• 3+ years managing technicians, dispatch, or service operations.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, utilization, and margins.
• Experience leading service sales including repairs or maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities

• Build recruiting, onboarding, and retention for HVAC/R technicians.
• Set licensing, insurance, safety standards, and SOPs; manage dispatch and SLAs.
• Own the service P&L, including gross margin and cost control.
• Scale operations and launch new markets with a repeatable model.
