Job summary

You will lead service teams, mentor apprentices, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with managers to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction. The role requires EPA refrigerant handling certification and a valid driver's license, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2 years’ experience in maintenance or construction for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• 4 years’ experience in maintenance or construction for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• HVAC-R/Mechanical Journeyman where required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and controls.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead field teams and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain and manage service calls and customer communication.
