Job summary

This full-time, in-office position involves analytical support, troubleshooting, and coordination of HVAC issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or Refrigeration field.
• Significant experience working with Excel and proficiency with other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for HVAC, Refrigeration maintenance.
• Review and troubleshoot HVAC and Refrigeration work orders.
• Track open work orders and communicate with service providers.
• Approve maintenance invoices within the assigned monetary limit.
• Analyze Building Management system data and coordinate resolutions.
