Qualifications

• Experience in managing commercial HVAC service delivery required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects pertaining to designated customer account.
• Conduct telephonic and electronic follow-up for HVAC work orders.
• Manipulates Excel work order data to prioritize communication.
• Communicate regularly with service providers on work order updates.
• Coordinates with account teams on work order escalations.
