Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate I to assist customers in-store with HVAC/R product selection and solutions. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process quotes, orders, and returns, and coordinate with branches to fulfill orders.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a retail wholesale environment, with opportunities to learn about promotions, pricing, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/R products, concepts, and industry basics.
• Ability to run a POS terminal, research parts, and prepare sales reports.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections and questions.
• Process quotes, warranties, orders, returns, and documentation accurately.
• Research products across catalogs, websites, and branch inventories to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with other branches to fulfill orders and ensure timely pickup or delivery.
