Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Sales Quote Specialist to support quoting activity in a defined region. You will handle residential and commercial quotes, track pricing, and report market information to leadership.

Collaboration with branch and regional sales teams is essential to develop proposals and maintain customer relationships. The role requires Excel/Office proficiency, 3+ years customer service/sales, and 2+ years quoting experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service/sales; 2+ years quoting/estimating products.
• HVAC knowledge preferred; knowledge of pricing and promotions helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle, organize and process residential and/or commercial quotes.
• Establish quote tracking system and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Track competitors’ pricing and market information and report to management.
• Provide job information sheets, data and literature as requested.
• Support outside sales and branch organization with sales quoting activity.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Regional/Area Sales Managers on pricing for quotes.
• Develop proposals for presentation to prospective customers.
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication.
