Job summary

Carrier seeks a Quality Manager to provide post-sale technical and customer support for air cooled chillers and split systems after order release, shipment, installation, startup, and early field operation.

Reporting to the Quality Director, this role will assist with customer inquiries, field issue triage, startup support, warranty-related investigations, and documentation of product and application concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience in air cooled chillers and split systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in air cooled chillers and split systems.
• 5+ years experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• 5+ years experience in data analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support for Commercial HVAC customers and internal teams.
• Document support requests, technical findings, and follow-up actions clearly.
• Assist with field issue triage and escalation under quality and service leadership.
• Develop jobsite reports communicating field conditions and corrective actions.
• Support warranty investigations and field quality improvement activities.
