You will mobilize engineering, manufacturing, service and quality resources to resolve field issues, implement corrective actions, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing/Operations or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, product reliability, field service, or technical function.
• Experience leading complex product-quality, warranty, or field-performance issues.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive warranty quality performance, focusing on warranty PPM, cost, and field issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to contain field issues and drive corrective actions.
• Provide quality leadership for critical job-site issues and rapid customer resolution.
• Lead Voice of Customer activities related to field quality and warranty concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement of field-quality processes and analytics.
• Lead senior quality engineers and managers, developing talent and accountability.
• Communicate progress with customers, stakeholders, and leadership with data-driven updates.
