Job summary

Reporting to Quality Director, you will strengthen the link between customers, field service, engineering, and manufacturing. You will develop technical knowledge across Carrier Commercial HVAC products, participate in training, and help drive continuous improvement in field

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in air cooled chillers and split systems
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications
• 5+ years experience in data analytics
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support for Commercial HVAC customers and field teams
• Assist with installation startup operation troubleshooting and early-life product performance
• Document support requests and findings with clear follow-up actions
• Support field issue triage and escalation under quality and service leadership
• Collect jobsite details, product information, and customer feedback to evaluate concerns
• Develop clear field reports communicating conditions, drivers, actions, and lessons learned
• Contribute to warranty-related investigations and continuous improvement efforts
