Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Field Quality Manager to oversee field quality initiatives for commercial HVAC products and services. This field-based role requires travel to data center sites and coordinates with customers, contractors, commissioning agents, and service operations to drive corrective actions and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years HVAC industry experience.
• 3 years in quality, reliability, service operations, engineering, and/or field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve field quality issues; escalate to engineering and service teams.
• Lead field quality programs; develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement; share lessons learned and train technicians and managers.
• Engage with key customer accounts during escalations and maintain relationships.
