Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, product reliability, field service, or technical function.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex product-quality, warranty, or field-performance issues.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive warranty quality performance for Commercial HVAC, focusing on warranty PPM, cost, recurrence, and field issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to contain field issues, determine root cause, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.
• Provide quality leadership for critical job-site issues and coordinate resources for rapid customer resolution.
• Lead Voice of Customer activities related to field quality, reliability, and warranty concerns and update customers with containment and closure progress.
• Drive continuous improvement of field-quality and warranty processes and champion digital transformation including dashboards and analytics.
