Job summary

Cool Times Heating and Cooling is seeking a dependable Quality Control Manager to own on-site execution for HVAC project work plans. You will oversee equipment logistics, supervise subcontractors, and maintain direct communication with the owner and GC teams.

If you are an accountable leader, you will drive project success in a fast-growing HVAC contracting environment. The role requires strong field leadership, blueprint reading, and scheduling skills; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction field work on site.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Track deliveries, verify equipment counts, and stage on-site materials.
• Plan 2-week look-ahead schedules and direct subcontractors.
• Identify field scope changes and coordinate pricing with GCs.
• Provide daily status reports with photos to the owner.
• Ensure on-site compliance and assist with close-out docs.
