Responsibilities

• Communicate with Vendors, Suppliers, Field Staff, and Project Managers.
• Manage inventory forecasts for efficient and timely inventory flow.
• Oversee project documentation, permit applications, and client coordination.
• Resolve back orders with timely delivery or identify alternative sources.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies with manufacturers.
• Negotiate inventory re-balancing with suppliers.
