Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in HVAC/Plumbing.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing materials and systems, and Excel.
• Strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation, permit applications, issuing purchasing orders.
• Coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, Sub contractors, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and field helpers.
• Manage inventory re-balancing with suppliers and forecast to ensure timely flow of inventory.
