Coburn Supply Company seeks an HVAC Buyer at its Corporate Office in Beaumont, TX. The incumbent will record and track opportunities to increase HVAC sales, support branches with sales efforts, and supply item specifications to customers.

This role emphasizes timely, courteous customer service and knowledge of HVAC distribution. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, placing purchase orders, coordinating recalls, and maintaining inventory levels across DCs and branches.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 1 year of the following experience is required.
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Experience
• Basic understanding of HVAC Distribution
• Strong Communication skills and advanced computer skills are required.
• Must possess good organizational skills and math skills.
• Must pass company required drug screen and physical.

Responsabilidades

• Buying & Maintaining Inventory: Forecast demand and place purchase orders to satisfy year-over-year demand and manage recalls/recovations as needed.
• Increase Sales & Profit: Negotiate pricing, rebates, and vendor options to improve margin.
• Branch Support: Assist branches in selecting products and providing accurate quotes.
• Sales Tracking & Follow up: Record and track bids won or lost to position Coburn's for more market share.
• Knowledge Development: Build credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
