Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC parts knowledge required.
• Experience ordering HVAC parts and processing warranties.
• Ability to identify parts using model numbers and serial numbers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and order HVAC parts for warranty repairs and replacements.
• Verify model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, and warranty eligibility before placing orders.
• Coordinate with technicians, manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to obtain parts.
• Track orders, monitor shipping and delivery dates, and follow up on backordered items.
• Process warranty-related parts requests, returns, exchanges, and claims as needed.
• Maintain records of parts orders and warranty documentation.
• Communicate order updates to technicians and team members.
• Research part availability and identify suitable replacements when original parts are unavailable.
