Qualifications

• HVAC experience and/or relevant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Proficiency with standard hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure resident comfort.
• Handle plumbing, light electrical, drywall, carpentry and general repairs.
• Collaborate with third‑party contractors, property supervisors, and site staff on projects.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergencies.
