JCMLiving in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for our apartments and community. You will handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

You will complete maintenance requests, work with contractors, perform preventative maintenance, and be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duties. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles are required.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment communities and completing maintenance requests.
• Strong plumbing skills and general repair knowledge across multiple trades.
• Ability to work with contractors and perform after-hours on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests within apartment community.
• Perform appliance repair and installation; HVAC repairs.
• Snow removal; preventative maintenance program.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hour on-call duty.
• Drive company vehicles with valid driver’s license.
• Carry out maintenance duties safely.
