JCMLiving is hiring a Maintenance Technician – HVAC to service our apartment communities. You will repair and maintain HVAC units, assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep across units and common areas.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units in the apartments.
• Complete maintenance requests within the community.
• Lifting of appliances and basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Snow removal and general grounds keeping as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance team for repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance under supervision and on-call for emergencies.
