JCMLiving is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC to repair and maintain HVAC units within our apartment community and to handle maintenance requests promptly to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role requires hands-on HVAC experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks. JCMLiving offers competitive wages, paid time off, and opportunities to grow across NJ, PA and MD.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks.
• HVAC experience is a must.
• Ability to repair and maintain HVAC units in apartments.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units in the apartments
• Complete maintenance requests within apartment community
• Lifting of appliances, tile work, drywall work, appliance repair and installation
• Snow removal
• Collaborate with contractors and all employees
• Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heat and air-conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping and sewer maintenance
• Carry out preventative maintenance program under supervision
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call
• Drive company vehicles with valid license
• Capable of using maintenance tools
• Carry out maintenance duties safely
