Qualifications

• Working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests within apartment community.
• Perform appliance repair and installation, HVAC repairs.
• Snow removal and general upkeep.
• Collaborate with contractors and staff to maintain properties.
• Carry out preventative maintenance under supervision and be on-call for emergencies.
