Job summary

CAVH HVAC is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Project Coordinator to support commercial HVAC projects from planning through delivery. You will interpret construction plans, perform material take-offs, and price materials for customers while coordinating with Outside Sales Engineers and factories.

The role emphasizes rapid, accurate responses, multitasking across multiple concurrent projects, and providing pre- and post-sale support with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferred Mechanical), Building Construction degree, or comparable industry experience.
• 3+ years inside sales or project coordination experience with commercial HVAC products.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and perform material take-offs.
• Manage job files, submittals, orders, and freight claims with vendors.
• Liaise between customers and Outside Sales Engineers to maintain relationships.
• Regularly communicate with engineers, factory reps, and customers to meet deadlines.
• Multitask to maintain fast-paced, accurate delivery of service.
• Take-offs from mechanical drawings with attention to detail.
• Prepare quotations and price materials for customers.
• Set up and manage job documentation and correspondence.
• Handle factory invoices, billing issues, and credit applications.
