Job summary

CFM Company is seeking a Project Coordinator / Inside Sales to support HVAC project bids, take-offs, and coordinating orders in a fast-paced construction environment in Colorado. You will work with outside sales, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure accurate estimating and timely project delivery.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented project coordination, customer communication, and efficient use of estimating tools in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with estimating, take-offs, quoting, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales in supporting contractor bids and project opportunities.
• Perform HVAC take-offs, estimating, and product selection/pricing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and submittals.
• Enter and manage customer orders and project documentation.
• Maintain project logs and ensure accurate job tracking.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and project milestones.
• Coordinate Start-Up with internal Service and external Service teams.
• Coordinate warranty documentation and O&M manuals.
• Support billing documentation and project closeout requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on open project items.
