PSR Mechanical, LLC seeks an experienced Project Sales Executive to join our Seattle office. You will develop HVAC and energy solution opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue through design-build projects and retrofit opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of HVAC project experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to estimate labor and material needs. This role offers an excellent benefits package, commission, and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC project experience.
• Ability to accurately estimate labor and material requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualified project opportunities from referrals and PSR networks.
• Prospect for TI projects through networking and bidding boards.
• Prepare client-centric proposals and conduct effective presentations.
• Negotiate and close open proposals with internal and external teams.
• Track activity in Salesforce.com and maintain sales backlog.
