Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an experienced HVAC Account Executive to promote solution-based HVAC repair and replacement projects and service agreements to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers in New Jersey and surrounding markets. You will identify opportunities, present proposals, and quote equipment upgrades to reduce energy use, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B technical sales, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as with the service team.

Responsibilities

• Identify & assess project sale opportunities within the existing customer base and initiate contact with potential new customers with similar opportunities
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations to customers
• Generate proposals for HVAC equipment & system upgrades and replacements as well as preventive maintenance proposals
• Develop additional technical skills through on-going training and education
