Job summary

Unitemp Inc. is seeking an experienced project sales representative to promote solution-based HVAC repair and replacement projects and new service agreements to Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional customers in New Jersey and New York.

You will identify opportunities, present proposals, generate quotes for equipment and system upgrades, and strive to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs while improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organization.
• Ability to work independently and with service team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess project sale opportunities within existing customer base; initiate contact with new customers.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations to customers.
• Generate proposals for HVAC upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
• Develop technical skills through ongoing training and education.
