Job summary

Texas AirSystems, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for HVAC projects. The role requires meticulous organization and strong customer service, with significant interaction with the Sales Team, Customers and Manufacturers to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will maintain job files, manage multiple projects, read plans, and build relationships with owners, architects and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years PM experience in HVAC/engineering/construction preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume projects and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job files for each project.
• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors and manufacturers.
• Identify project requirements and align with sales team expectations.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
