Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC and controls installation.
• Experience with large mechanical projects and complex coordination.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• MS Office proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site direction to subcontractors, technicians, and designers.
• Manages turnkey projects in scope, budget, and schedule under PM guidance.
• Coordinates resources, communicates issues to the Project Manager, and ensures safety compliance.
• Reviews plans, specs, submittals and commissioning tests; ensures contract adherence.
• Maintains project documentation and supports closeout activities.
