Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an HVAC Project Engineer for a permanent role on Commercial HVAC projects in California. The position requires 2+ years of project management experience with projects ranging from 30k to 1 million or more.

Responsibilities include attending BIM coordination meetings with General Contractors and maintaining relationships with subs, GCs, and owners. Local Bay Area candidates are preferred and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Local Bay Area preferred.
• Currently working for mechanical contractor preferred.
• Medium to Large Project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Project, QuickPen, Excel, Navisworks and BlueBeam.

We are looking for an HVAC Project Engineer with 2 or more years of Commercial HVAC Project experience with projects ranging in size from 30k to 1 million or more.
