Job summary

Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the administration, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC projects. The role requires overseeing a broad portfolio, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction, or related fields, with strong communication and budgeting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manages small to mid-sized projects with guidance from senior management.
• Oversees 30–35 HVAC equipment projects concurrently with budgets from $1M to $3M.
• Co-ordinates with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and resources to meet profitability and quality standards.
• Reports project status to stakeholders and suggests improvements.
