• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with budgets, cost tracking and project accounting.
• Office-based role with occasional job-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manages small to mid-sized projects with guidance from senior management.
• Oversees 30–35 HVAC equipment projects concurrently with varying scope and value ($1M–$3M).
• Coordinates with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and resources; ensures adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Reports project status to stakeholders and recommends improvements.
• Maintains communication with internal and external teams and builds professional relationships.
