Job summary

Thermosystems, LLC, a Daikin group member and HVAC solutions provider, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical project execution in commercial settings. You will estimate, schedule, ensure quality, communicate with clients and vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of project management experience in HVAC, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.
• Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• All other duties assigned.
