Job summary

IES is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to oversee challenging projects from kickoff to close, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence. The role requires collaboration with customers, builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to align labor, materials, and schedules while maintaining quality and compliance.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years of project management experience in construction-related fields, with strong HVAC knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, installation practices, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Strong leadership, organization, planning, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor plans, material requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate HVAC installation activities with field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, builders, customers, and other trades.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, scopes of work, equipment schedules, and docs for accuracy.
