LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I for HVAC equipment in Littleton, CO. You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinating equipment orders, schedules and workforce to meet customer requirements, deadlines, and profitability.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC systems, scheduling with MS Project, and strong communication with customers and engineers. Travel to job sites is possible as needed. The company offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or mechanical field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with project management and HVAC equipment handling is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects within the Building Environments unit.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, scheduling, and workforce to meet deadlines.
• Monitor costs, scope changes, and profitability; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contract documents.
• Communicate openly with customers and sales engineers on status and risks.
