Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Project Manager I for Building Automation to oversee the full lifecycle of Building Automation/Temperature Controls projects.

You will coordinate planning, design, procurement, and workforce allocation, ensuring on-time, efficient, and economical execution while meeting customer specifications. Travel to job sites as needed; requires proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; four-year construction management degree preferred or

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction management degree preferred. May have a 2-year technical degree and 2 years of temperature controls experience (OR) 5 years of Commercial HVAC project management (OR) 6 years of temperature controls experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, MS Projects).

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain equipment submittals and other project documents as required.
• Ensure that all project contract documentation is up to date and accurate, including project scope, plans, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• View and analyze job reports utilizing company reporting tools.
• Capable of recognizing changes to the scope of work, scheduling, and other job site factors that impact LONG productivity and profitability.
