Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Understanding of the construction industry, including familiarity with basic HVAC concepts
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret HVAC mechanical plans and specifications
• Visit job sites to ensure projects stay on track
• Create and track budgets; forecast cost to complete
• Attend project meetings and review contracts
• Order materials and equipment accurately
• Identify change orders and price COPs
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Coordinate office; support field teams for efficient installations
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams
• Ensure projects progress from design through closeout
