Job summary

Emerald Aire Inc in Auburn, WA is seeking a Commercial HVAC - Project Manager to oversee projects from design through closeout. You will read HVAC plans, visit sites, manage schedules, and forecast costs while coordinating with office and field teams.

Monday through Friday

Job Duties

• Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications
• Job site visits to ensure projects are on track
• Understand mechanical plans, and construction schedules
• Create/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete
• Attend project meetings
• Review Contracts
• Order materials and equipment accurately
• Identify change orders and price COP's
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work as a Team member with office and field

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Understanding of the construction industry, including familiarity with basic HVAC concepts
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
