Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Fremont. This role focuses on managing all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion, with emphasis on design-build delivery and building automation systems.

You will partner with engineers, field teams, and operations to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget, across sectors including biotech, high tech, retrofit, and sustainable buildings, while upholding safety and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a PM in HVAC or related field.
Experience delivering design-build projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction.
Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
PE or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of HVAC projects from planning to closeout.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement HVAC systems.
Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely materials.
Ensure work complies with codes and regulations.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Improve PM processes and tools for efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality projects.
