The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction experience.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Financial literacy with budgeting and project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manages small to mid-sized projects with guidance from senior management.
• Coordinates 30–35 HVAC equipment projects concurrently with $1M–$3M values.
• Oversees project execution from initiation to completion.
• Maintains clear communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and resources per company policies.
• Reviews vendor invoices and reconciles project financials.
• Generates service work orders for start-ups and service visits.
• Supports a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
