Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Manager to grow and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and coordinate field labor with field leadership. This role requires strong judgment, commitment, and involvement with the company's business.

The Project Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle, lead internal teams, manage costs, and ensure on-time project delivery. Travel 5-45% may be required, with an emphasis on driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ million.
• Valid Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the single point of contact for ACCO and the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages the complete contract lifecycle from concept engineering, estimating, and proposals to procurement, execution and completion.
• Leads cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service.
