Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support HVAC commercial projects. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring close-out procedures are followed with submittals of as-builts, O&M manuals, and Owner's training.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction, understands HVAC codes/regulations, communicates effectively, and can identify and solve on-site challenges; a family-like team and full benefits are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in construction industries.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Codes and regulations associated with HVAC.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, address and solve job site problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC project coordination.
• Assist with document control for projects as required for management team.
• Assist in establishing job close-out schedules and implement procedures for close-out including submittals of as-builts, O&M manuals and Owner's training.
• Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage.
• Review for compliance with contract documents.
